Returns Policy

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition and packaging for a refund of the price you paid for the item.
To return an item please include the merchandise along with a description of the reason for return and original order number. Please allow up to 28 working days for this to be processed.

Please note. For your protection Your Locker recommends that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Defective Items:

If the item is defective please contact us on YOUR LOCKER DETAILS
All customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned.
Please note the following exceptions to this policy:

1. Underwear, and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty.
2. We are unable to refund or exchange any Print and Embroidery products once personalised. A refund or exchange will be permitted if the garment is faulty. However, Orders may only be cancelled within 48hours of placing your order.
3. All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer’s liability.
4. All items should be unworn and unused.
